How We Manage Quality
We approach quality through process discipline and risk awareness — not unverifiable claims.
Lifecycle checked at selection
Before we recommend a device we confirm its lifecycle stage and whether a PCN, NRND or obsolescence notice already exists. End-of-life parts do not enter new designs.
Traceable production material
During introduction we help confirm material origin and lot status, favouring manufacturer and authorised channels so origin, lot and packaging state stay traceable.
Alternates must be verifiable
Any second source we propose comes with the delta written down: pin compatibility, timing, and whether firmware has to change.
Lot and incoming consistency
Through pilot and volume we watch date codes, lot spread and incoming variation, raising anomalies before the line runs.
Change and obsolescence tracking
PCNs, package changes and ordering-code migrations on parts already in use are tracked and passed on with a recommended response.
No promises we cannot keep
Lead times, supply capacity and the limits of our technical support are stated as they are. Where something is uncertain we mark it uncertain.

A note on our approach: We do not make unverifiable guarantees. Our process focuses on supplier screening, documentation review, and clear communication before order confirmation. We will always tell you what we know — and what we don't.
Quality FAQ
Do you design, or only supply?
Both, though how deep we go varies by program. On most projects we take on selection, reference-design porting and prototype support; heavier original design work is done together with a partner design team, with the split stated at the start.
Once the design is frozen, do we have to buy material from you?
No. Selection advice and material supply are separate, and clients are free to procure on their own. Where we do supply, the value is continuous tracking of change notices and lead times on the parts already designed in.
How do you judge whether a part stays available?
Lifecycle stage, whether a PCN or NRND notice already exists, how many package variants are still active, and where the part sits in the vendor line. There is no absolute answer, but the risk level is assessable.
